I worked with an organization that got wrapped around the axle of squads, chapters, tribes and guilds. It was a mess.

I was at an Agile conference where someone from Spotify said, this solved our problems. But don't just try to adopt it for your company...it may not work.

I have also see a couple of articles that said Spotify is no longer following the model...

All organizations need to evolve their Agile to solve their own problems.
